Q1: WHAT'S THE PAYMENT TERM?
Sample order, 100% before shipment. Formal order, 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against copy of BL. Normally by T/T.   L/C at sight, Paypal, West Union is acceptable depends on the amount.  
Q2:WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
Normally 7 days for the sample order, 25~35 days for the formal orders  

Q3:WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY TERM?
1 Year warranty for main components(Easy damaged parts are not included.) For long-term customers, we will extend the warranty term.
Q4:CAN YOU ACCEPT OEM SERVICE?
OEM is available. The delivery time will be 30-40 days depend on order quantity and the MOQ will be different based on different models.
Q5: CAN I CHECK THE QUALITY OF GOODS BEFORE DELIVERY?
